Ordering choir robes for a whole church takes more planning than choosing a single garment. A clear brief helps your supplier quote accurately and helps your choir review the design before production.
EPHOD manufactures church apparel in its own factory and welcomes inquiries for custom choir robes, clergy robes and church vestments. Use this checklist to prepare your group order.
1. Define the design and quantity
Start with your total number of robes and the style you want. Share a reference photograph or sketch if you have one. Include your preferred main color, contrasting panels, neckline and sleeve shape. Explain whether you are replacing an existing uniform or creating a new design.
If you need robes for both adults and children, list the quantities separately. Discuss any spare garments you would like for future members.
2. Discuss fabric before confirming the order
Tell us where and how the robes will be worn. Consider the temperature of your church, the length of your services and the amount of movement during performances. Ask about fabric options, appearance, care instructions and available colors before choosing.
For an important color match, discuss a physical fabric sample. Colors on a phone or computer screen can look different from the finished fabric.
3. Prepare a measurement list
Create one list for the entire choir, with a name or member number, quantity and required size for each person. Ask for the measurement guide that applies to your chosen robe before collecting measurements. Confirm the desired garment length and fit rather than relying only on everyday clothing sizes.
Review the list with your choir coordinator before approving it for production.
4. Confirm embroidery and finishing details
If you would like a church name, choir name or emblem, send the artwork and identify the preferred location and size. Ask your supplier to confirm whether the design can be produced and whether it changes the quotation or production schedule.
EPHOD accepts inquiries for custom fabrics, styles and embroidery. The available options are confirmed for each project.
5. Agree on samples, delivery and the quotation
Provide the destination country, postal code and date by which your choir needs the garments. Discuss whether a sample is needed before the group order and allow time to review it.
Request confirmation of the minimum order quantity, unit price, sample arrangements, production schedule and shipping charge. Ask which costs are included and which taxes or import charges may be payable at the destination. Production and shipping arrangements should be confirmed in your quotation.
