1. Shipping Address: To ensure secure logistics, please send your mail to a valid shipping address. This address cannot be used to provide payment details.
2. Delivery Time: Delivery time is provided by EPHOD's courier service provider and is subject to change. Some products may require shorter delivery times; in this case, please contact EPHOD customer service for individual arrangements.
3. Returns: All orders include a 7-day return and 30-day exchange option, but a valid return/exchange request requires the item to be shipped back to EPHOD's warehouse to ensure a refund/replacement.
4. Packaging: All products will be shipped in specially designed packaging.
5. International Shipping: For international shipping, please ensure that any special import duties or other charges levied by any country are your (the customer's) responsibility.
